Founded one of the earliest cloud SaaS platforms for government — before "cloud" was the word for it. Deployed across 450 UK local authorities, then acquired.
Founded → AcquiredOneFlow & Site Flow — manufacturing at planet scale
Founded OneFlow Systems and created Site Flow: a global platform automating end-to-end production of personalised printed products — over 100 million orders a year. The work earned an exclusive global partnership with HP Inc., and ultimately, acquisition.

Led product strategy and new-business incubation at HP. Founded found.us — a creator-monetisation platform turning social content into physical products on a waste-free, on-demand model — built it past £2M in revenue and spun it out into private ownership, staying on as strategic advisor.
